Plus, the vegetables are hidden in the sauce for optimal flavor. Simply microwave until fully cooked. DirectionsNeeds to be fully cooked. Keep frozen until ready to prepare. Microwave 1. Remove bowl from carton; pierce film to vent. 2. Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes.** 3. Stir well and microwave uncovered 1 minute longer or until hot throughout.** 4. Let stand 1 minute. Caution: bowl and contents will be hot! **Directions developed for 1100 watt microwave ovens. Cooking in ovens of lower watts will require additional time.
