Wuleitex King Size 14 Inch Memory Foam Mattress in a Box for Cooler Sleep Supportive & Pressure Relief, King Size

Extremely disappointing product and return experience. This mattress was sold through Target via one of their partner vendors. It arrived compressed in a box and was advertised as expanding to 14 inches. After unboxing and allowing over 48 hours, it has only expanded to about 7 inches — not even close to the advertised height. I contacted Target Guest Services and was told my only option was to return the mattress to a local Target store. This is a king-size mattress, which now requires me to rent a truck and transport an oversized item back to the store. I can only imagine how difficult this will be for store employees as well. I offered a reasonable solution — allowing me to keep the mattress and issuing a price adjustment — but was told this could not be done because it was sold through a partner. That may be Target’s policy, but it’s a terrible customer experience. I’m disappointed not only in the mattress quality but also in Target’s handling of the situation. I’ve never had an issue like this with Target before, and this experience has made me very hesitant to purchase large items through their partner vendors again.

Worst Mattress Ever!!!
