Loved except for one thing
I removed the packaging and laid the rug flat for a few days on both sides. One spot has not changed since opening because it was sewn puckered. Manufacturing error that won’t change over time which is unfortunate because I really like it regardless. Will have to return as it is a tripping hazard.

Great quality rug! Worth the price!
This rug is SO SOFT. It is true to the color in the image, but it does have a variation to lighter gray depending on how the shag is laying and the light hitting it differently. However that is why we wanted the rug, so it has some movement or texture and not all one color. It unrolled with some wrinkles but they laid out flat within 2 days without needing to weigh it down or anything. Highly recommend this rug and brand!
