Great Product

Being grandparents with a growing number of grandchildren, we purchased two of the Classic Twin XL over Queen Bunk Beds to make a bunk room for when the kids are over. My adult son and I assembled both beds in just under four hours. We watched a YouTube video and followed the instructions, and we did not experience any complications. The beds are sturdy, and we are pleased with the product. I would buy them again.

Horrible Service and Product

Honestly the worst purchase and customer experience I've had in decades. The bed came with a faulty part and I've now been waiting for nearly 3 weeks and the replacement part still hasn't arrived. When I email to get it resolved it's usually just an AI bot saying how sorry they are but nothing ever gets resolved. If I was to send it back it would be nearly impossible because all the parts came in flimsy wrapping that break the minute you open the packaging. Definitely do not buy this.

This bunk bed is absolutely amazing, and worked out perfect for our 4 and 5 year old boys! They love it, and I now have zero fears of them falling off the top bunk. The ledge has a great lift to prevent falling.. and so far it’s holding up great! Definitely recommend having a second person for assembly.. but it’s doable to do yourself.

Great Quality and Value

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this bed. All of the parts were perfectly engineered to fit together snuggly and the hardware was high quality. No issues with pieces not lining up or cheap hardware stripping or screw heads breaking like with some other products. Instructions easy to follow. Bed looks great and adds more capacity to one of our small bedrooms.

Grandkids love new bunk room

We bought this bunk bed for our grandkids. It’s perfect and they love it. Had our first sleepover with them and the new bed was great. My husband and I put it together and it wasn’t terribly difficult. Some written instructions would have helped along with the picture directions but other than that we’d highly recommend Plank+Beam. We had a queen mattress from the room already and used that on the bottom and purchased the XL twin memory foam mattress. Existing queen fit fine.

Very nice unit

All the pieces were there. It went together without a hitch. The only thing I was disappointed with is the little holes that hold the brackets for the steel supports. They were not pre-drilled, which I expected them to be. That left me figuring out exactly where the holes had to be in drilling them myself. I suggest that you pre-drill those for future customers The unit looks great - work great - and the kids love it. 👍
