Overall I'm happy with this purchase and it looks great. I am not sure if the photos are misleading or parts/assembly has changed, but the little joint part where it connects the main vertical pole and the part that drills into the wall is brass in these photos. However, the part that came with my light is this black plastic piece which kind of takes away from the look.
