A: Hi there! The dimmability of the Millie Wall Light (Vintaged Brass/15801) is tied to the light bulb and switch, not the fixture itself. All our hardwired fixtures work with dimmable bulbs. We recommend using a dimmer switch for better bulb life, energy savings, and ambiance. If you're using an LED bulb, make sure both the bulb and dimmer are compatible.

Q: Does the lamp shade come off so I can interchange the shade for something else?

A: Hi there! The Millie Shade Wall Light (15801/Brass-White) instruction sheet shows that the shade is a separate part during the assembly. This indicates that it can be removed/replaced. Just a gentle reminder though that any modifications will result in our Lifetime Manufacturer being voided.

cute but lacking quality
I love the look of these sconces, but honestly they feel pretty cheap for the price. The pieces don't fit together quite right and don't stay tightened. Some of the brass coloring is uneven and I'm afraid it will come off if I even look at it wrong.

I added two of these to either side of my sofa in a long room that can get dark. They look beautiful, dress up the room nicely, and look really high-end despite a very resonable price point. And they take about five minutes to install!

Good look, installation hardware deceptive
Looks good installed. Installation hardware deceptive. The holes on the side of the plate are what needs to be level, not the screw holes. I installed with the level screw holes assuming the side holes would be level as well, but they are not. Drfinitely tales some extra user steps to make sure those are level. Definitely room for improvement there.
