Ehh
So I can't completely complain about this because I only bought it for the screen protector, only have the case as a backup. It is THE MOST confusing screen protector I have EVER tried to install on any phone though! And of course something went wrong so had to just scrap it anyway. The materials seem good and sturdy just by looks, but if there's a video tutorial anywhere on the internet to install the screen protector, USE IT!!!!

The case is solid. Easy to put on and take off. Fits well, button operation is seamless, and the grip is pretty good. The directions for applying the screen protector come up short though. While it provides plenty of detail to help you avoid bubbles, it fails to identify at which step the adhesive side is supposed to be exposed. Ended up getting a step or two past that point without exposing the adhesive and when trying to backtrack, it went south and the adhesive got compromised and became useless.

Terrible case
I purchased it and paid double the price to get it delivered internationally, only to find this case looking like that in pic. Tried everything which was suggested by team as well as my friends. Nothing worked. Can't even return it as that will cost me more than refund. Didn't expect it from casemate.

très satisfait de mon achat ! J'aime beaucoup le kit d'installation, très pratique. Je n'ai pas trop de difficultés pour l'installation même si une petite bulle s'est infiltrée, mais qui reste à peine visible !La coque est très belle et j'apprécie les renforcements sur les angles. Je recommanderai !

Do not recommend
Received a defective screen film. Case mate would not help with warranty or return. Have since moved on and found better more affordable products. No thanks FakeMate.

10 foot drop protection is highly unlikely given it couldn't even protect my phone from my pocket for less than a month. As far as I'm concerned, case mate owes me a new screen. Not happy.
