I've used this on grilled pork chops and it's outstanding. BUT the best is to season chicken breast and/or thighs with a spicy cajun rub and grill until almost done - then brush the Roasted Apple Grill Sauce liberally on first one side, then the other. Sear each side after brushing on the sauce. The chicken is a great balance of sweet and spicy and every time I've made it I've made extra chicken for lunch the next day - I have to make LOTS of extra. My only concern is that the last two bottles of the sauce I've purchased appeared to be different - not as thick and not at all chunky. If they've changed the formulation and this is the sauce going forward, all bets are off for me. It's nowhere near as good.

This sauce adds an excellent flavor for boneless chicken breast dishes, filled with pieces of apple in a rich, nicely spiced spread. The flavor is mildly sweet and cinnamon-y, and fills the kitchen with a delicious autumn-y scent. When warmed, it also makes a nice dessert sauce for French vanilla ice cream.
