    Not so good a batch

    This is the second jar of blood orange marmalade. It is nothing like the delicious, special first jar I bought. The texture is too stiff. At the 1/3 remaining point, there is no orange peel at all, so it is too sweet. For the price, this jar was a real disappointment.

    So Delicious!

    Do yourself a favor and buy this immediately. It's so delicious, a little tart, a little sweet. I use it for my French macarons and the flavor is beyond delicious.

    Blood Orange Marmalade - the best!

    This Marmalade has chunks of fruit, a great flavor and not too sweet. The english muffin is simply the vessel - you can eat the Marmalade with a spoon.
