Doesn't name the most significant flavor
This is a curry sauce. Hard to taste/smell the rosemary and garlic over the overwhelming curry flavor.

Leg of Lamb
I took and injected a leg of lamb and then rubbed it down with it. Low and slow. About to do it for New Years.

Flavorful but Wanting
Rosemary overpowered by garlic and citrus, not as savory as the name suggests.

Try it on broiled salmon
I put some of this sauce on salmon for the last 4 minutes of broiling and serve some on the plate for dipping. My husband doesn't want his salmon any other way!

Useless as a sauce and dangerous as a marinade
I was pan roasting some chicken and I didn't want the bother of making my own marinade, and I'll never make that mistake again. The label says that this product is a "must for marinading shrimp and poultry", but that's a flagrant lie. Even after patting down my chicken before putting it on the griddle, as I always do, the remaining sauce scorched and blackened immediately on hitting the griddle, setting off my smoke alarm and ruining the chicken breast. After that disaster, I tasted some of the remaining sauce from the bottle and found that it was roughly as sweet as a Coca-Cola, so no surprise that it immediately charred on contact with heat. So it's gross, and it filled up my house with smoke, and it ruined my meal. Top notch work.
