I use this to put on my salmon just before it’s finished. Excellent tangy sauce or marinade. Have not used it on anything else, but I’m sure it would be great in chicken or ribs.

Our favorite is on the grilled salmon. Amongst our friends I make the most amazing grilled salmon with it. Amongst our friends they claim I make the best grilled salmon they have ever had. Even those that "really don't like salmon". We won't use anything else.
