Yummy Delicious!

This Vidalia Onion Fig Sauce is perfect with pork! I use it on pork tenderloin as a baste, then as additional dipping sauce. Don't put it on too soon as a baste or it will burn. Sear the pork first, then baste it with the sauce. Delish!!

Vidalia Onion Fig Sauce

I was able to buy this product at my local grocery store when I lived in North Carolina. I now live in California and I can not find it locally so I am having to buy it on line. I love this product! It turns a ho-hum chicken breast into a delicious meal. I used it in other meals also. I can't wait for it to come to me in CA!

Fig lovers delight

Deep dark fig flavor paired with sweet onions, what's not to like?! After pan searing pork tenderloin, slather on before and after finishing in the oven. Pork tenderloin heaven. Have also sauced on fresh fig pizza, thinned with a bit of white wine or green tea.

Best Pork Roast Ever!

I marinated a pork roast in this overnight. Hands down the most amazing pork roast ever! It was juicy, tender, and the flavor was out of this world! I took the leftovers to work for lunch the next day and am pretty sure Stonewall Kitchen has several new customers. Truly the best :)

Vidalia Fig Balsamic sauce makes your veggies rock!

Salmon with Vildalia Onion Fig Sauce

I put red onions raw then salmon in baking dish - poor white sweet wine around fish then the sauce - bake at 350 for 17 minutes - 1 lb - FABULOUS

Flavorful

I actually use this in my shepherd's pie filling to give it a little more flavor than the traditional brown gravy. When I make it, people LOVE it! I use it so many different ways than just grilling. It's fun being creative with all of your products!
