A: We're sorry that you had trouble with the product. If you haven't already, please try this: Hold the gold band with one hand and twist the pump counterclockwise with the other hand. The full pump should then pop up. Press down on the pump to dispense the body wash, and it may take a few pumps before the product comes out.

This doesn’t lather! I have KP on my upper arms so I thought I’d give this a try. It’s $4 more than the Olay ultra moisture body wash 33fl oz with coconut oil that I love. I look forward to a daily lathering all over with luxurious foaming pleasant smelling body wash. This doesn’t do it. You can’t even tell if you’ve got it all over your body because there’s barely a lather. The scent is not bad, but it’s just meh. At 18.5 fl oz and no lather it’s a fail for me as for the rough bumps on my arms we shall see.

One thing about it I don’t like is that it’s very very slippery and can be a little hazardous in the shower lol. The scent is nice and I feel clean after showering. My skin is feeling a bit more moisturized and the dry bumps are not there as much which is also good. I like it but would like it to be less slippery in formulation.

I have KP on my arms so I was looking for a new body wash. I saw this one was marketed for rough and bumpy skin so I picked it up, but the fragrance is awful. It seems like a strong cologne. I also didn’t feel like my skin was moisturized after I used it. I will be returning it.
