This is my second one. The first one broke after a year or so so I ordered a new one and within a week it won’t stick anymore. Total waste of money and these are t cheap. Not sure what changed

Love how compact it is, sleek, and functional. Everything as advertised. Would like to see a thin protective coat over the aluminum finish, as it does scratch delicate-metal surfaces.Also, if the magnets could get a tad bit stronger; it does stick to things but did notice a little sliding with haptic and vibrations from phone notifications.

The snap grip is very low profile and after almost a year of use, is still firmly attached to my phone case. I have the black color and the paint is wearing off along the edges, exposing silver underneath.My main complaint is that the thin plastic folding pieces (sorta like springs) bent within a few months of use so it no longer pops closed without me manually realigning them. Also, the edges that secure the grip to make a phone stand are too low profile and don't always keep the phone standing.

I do enjoy using my new Snap Grip. However, it doesn’t allow either of my 3-in-1 charging stations (for iWatch & iPods) to charge through it. Fortunately, I have an easily removable cover. But it is disappointing to have to remove my cover every night to charge my phone. I’ve also had some intermittent trouble with the dash mount charger in my car. I’m use to snapping my phone in the charger and heading off. Now I have to be aware of the phone overheating. If I unplug the dash charger, put my phone in the holder and put the phone on a charging cable that I keep in the car for passengers, I don’t have the same overheating issues.

Attaching to Oneplus open with case. It will not stick. I cleaned thoroughly beforehand. Very frustrating that for the price better adhesive couldn't be used. Great design on everything else, but if it doesn't stick with confidence it's not usable

Compared to popsocket it’s very flimsy but I guess that’s due to how thin it is. For what it’s supposed to do I feel they sacrificed size for function here. My fingers have hard time using it and even opening with one hand is tricky

Ordered 2 that were delivered and installed by 6/2/25. We love how easy to use and carry this is. Our wireless charging and magnetic phone mounts have 0 issues. The problem is that it's only 8/28/25 and the grip has already fallen off our phone cases multiple times. Maybe the southern summer heat killed the adhesive. This grip WAS perfect.

Very pleased with the quality and design of this accessory. The charging function works great and has a really strong magnet. I use it all the time and am pleased with it.My only suggestion would be to come up with an XL version for us guys with fatter fingers and big hands. Same excellent quality just bigger.

The snap grip is great. It is so easy to put on a phone case. Just pull the covering off the adhesive and stick it on phone case. It is about the width of a quarter so it doesn't create bulk in purse or pocket. or pop it on car mount. Pop out the center circle , slid your fingers around or through anchors and it is a super grip.

My favorite thing is to stick my phone on the fridge while I cook or clean!! I play music, set timers, look up recipes or cooking videos.!! It’s a life changer! I ordered two, one for my Google Pixel and one for my daughter's Samsung. My daughter's works great. Mine, well, not so much. When applied to my brand new phone, when charging, it drained my battery instead. I purchased multiple cases and chargers thinking they were the problem. It didn't matter what case or charger I used, it did the same thing. I went as far as putting it directly on my phone without a case and had the same result. I reached out to support, thinking maybe mine was defective and I just wanted to try another one. I was basically told, too bad. Although my daughter's works great, I'll spend my money elsewhere going forward.
