It broke right away
It broke immediately. I put it on my phone, and went to use it as a pop socket and it broke. Returned immediately.

Wireless charging not compatible with iPhone
It will do the job as intended, in terms of a phone grip. It feels really flimsy and I don’t know how durable it is. I will warn other iPhone users, the wireless charging with the grip on is NOT compatible with iPhones. It’s misleading advertising and fine print. Otherwise, it’s overpriced for what it is. There are much better options, imo. It is thin though, so that’s a plus.

Broke in less than a week.
The magnetic function works well, however too well mine broke within 4 days of purchase. Mine mever worked with wireless charging as advertised which i was excited about but quickly disappointed. Swiveling was great and held up my Iphone 16 pro max well. When i went to remove the grip because my phone wasn't charging on my wireless stand the center plastic ripped out. When i tried to pop it back in plastic pieces were breaking off. Switching back to my OG Pop. Still have to remove it for my wireless stand but atleast it's strong enough to grip my phone but not break when removed.

Great while it lasted
I love it …. When it works. It broke day 3. This is my second one that didn’t last. Won’t be buying again. The top circle piece broke off both times.

Magnet fell off in a few days. More than 1 glue ring should be provided.

Sadly disappointed
I didn’t want to believe these broke easily, but this is my second no glue oh snap and both broke someway. I hate that it’s so bad because it is so good and that’s why I gave it 3 stars instead of 1 or 2.

cool concept. horrid product
cool concept; love that it's magnetic and you can stick it anywhere; sleek profile is really nice. i will say: the marketing and packaging is why i took a chance on this. bold claim to insinuate that not only do popsockets suck, but that this grip is the only one in particular that doesnt suck. however. this grip, yes, sucks. the design of the arms is extremely finicky. they are flexible to accommodate many finger sizes, and have to interlock in a certain way in order for the grip to stay in its locked position. i have rather large hands, and anytime i do the grip where i thread my forefinger thru the arms, something happens where the arms bend out of whack, and the grip wont close. the online tutorial (yes, a tutorial for a phone grip) says to '...just reset the position of the arm, close the cap, and keep the grip stay for a few hours. This will reset the arm "memory".' besides not making a lick of sense (keep the grip stay??) i corrected the arms' angles, kept the grip "stay" overnight, weighted the grip beneath two books, and that STILL didnt fix the closing issue. cant return this faster, sorry

Functional but peels
It has great functionality and truly doesn’t weigh down your phone, nor does it protrude too much. My only complaint is that is that the soft matte coating is peeling off after about a week. I tend to clean my phone case with rubbing alcohol and a paper towel and wipe everything. But I think this caused the coating to degrade quickly. The magnetization/magsafe seems like it’ll come in handy one day

Very disappointed
This is not a cheap product, so my expectations were in line with premium materials and craftsmanship. It’s only been about 3 months since I bought it, and the finish is already flaking off somehow (with the lightest handling imaginable) It lives in my pocket or on the charger, so it’s not facing abuse or heavy wear and tear.

Great but weak magnet
Gets the job done, holds well, but magnet isn’t as strong as other similar products. The extra weight of the case makes it slide down when utilizing the magnet to mount on metallic surfaces.

Worst phone grip
If i could give 0 stars I would. The platic is flimsy and once you push your finger through it, it never snaps shut again. The magnet is not as strong as my previous popsocket. I honestly hated everything about this phone grip.

Short lived grip
Grip lasts for a couple of months. Unfortunately I’ve purchased three of these grips and they fail after a few months of use. See photo.

Doesn't live up to the hype
Advertised as the phone grip that doesn’t suck— but it does. While the design is neat in theory and feels quality, using it as a phone grip is cumbersome. The interior attachments are a flimsy plastic material— meaning the grip itself can’t hold the phone upright at any angle and tilts and tips. And despite having relatively thin fingers I found it difficult to thread my hands to use as a grip to hold my phone. It could be improved with a better hinge on the pop out though that may cause it to lose its signature thinness. Additionally my husband couldn’t charge with it on. I’ll consider keeping it for my kindle but ultimately just prefer the reliability of my MagSafe pop socket.
