ohsnap! Snap Grip Luxe Magnetic Phone Grip - Ultra Thin, Fits Any Phone

Have had a total of two weeks and will no longer close and stay closed. For a 40$ phone grip it’s aweful

The adhesive didn't work for long (2 months). The metal ring portion came off & the item broke apart. I wrote to Ohsnap & was promised a replacement but when I asked when it was coming in they cancelled it. Waste of money

I like how thin it is and how easy it makes holding my phone

I had a Snap Grip 4 and loved it but the Snap Grip 5 solved a problem I had (taking the grip on and off easily). I can’t tell you how much I LOVE this grip. I ran into a problem and they quickly replaced it when I reached it. The price point is 100% worth it. It is thin, easy to handle in many different positions, and looks attractive. I can’t recommend it enough!

I had the grip 4 and now the grip 5 with my new phone. The grip is awesome, great magnets and holds very well. I like how the outside of the ring has more of a rubber feel compared to the four that was more metal like. Ohsnap is my favorite grip and nothing comes even close.

The insomnia blue is a perfect match to my navy blue iPhone 17 pro. I love it so much, it was worth the 3 week pre-order wait!

I had the Snap Grip 4 and I hated the sticky part so I ended up ripping it off so I can swap out my cases, but the problem is if I magsafe charged it, it was slow to charge and it'd come off when I took it off the charger. With the Snap Grip 5 not only does it stick to the phone and doesn't come off until I want it to, it also allows me to charge at full speed on my iPhone Air! Also it compliments the Air as it is also the thinnest Snap Grip!

Not being able to charge through it prevents this version from getting 5 *s

Stays on the phone no problem. But it will not stay on my car mount or oh snap branded mount. It doesn't align correctly. I want the strength of the ohsnap 4. The 5 is really really terrible.

I had the older version and the magnet on the outside was great. My wallet holds great. I got the new version and the magnetic is not as powerful. My wallet falls off more easily. I’m not too happy about that.

Seems like in these the magnet aren’t strong enough. But the first set I had everything was magnificent that’s why I bought more but these just don’t seem strong as the first set I bout

The snap grip 5 doesn’t fit securely onto the snap case. It has a little bit of free play. That means the MagSafe charging isn’t secure. It goes on and off and generates a lot of heat.

I was really looking forward to using this as a grip. Unfortunately I can barely get the cover to pop out and over my first knuckles. When I do manage to use it as a grip, the top will not snap back in and flat. The kickstand functions ok most of the time. Sometimes when touching the screen it causes the stand to fall. It does look good and charges wirelessly as advertised.

Like the color. I have a pixel 9. Use a case for magnet to work not as strong as I was hoping. I cannot charge through it. Which is ok because I can remove it to charge and easily put it back on

I work security and loved, with the older version, the ability to snap my phone to the metal on the X-ray machine. Now, it slides down as the magnet is not strong enough to hold it in place.

Nice design, I usually don’t use things like this on my phone but with the new iPhone I need something and OSnap is the perfect solution

Used a 4th. Gen one and liked it, but always hoped there would be a design like magnetic 5th. Get. Have been using it for almost 2-weeks and it works great. The magnet is strong and magcharging works. I do wish it did come in some of the other designs/colors like the 4th. though.

Not compatible with snap mount and paint easily chips. Other than that, magnet is strong on metal surfaces. Guarrenteed will no fall off a metallic wall.

I bought two of these as soon as I got the e-mail about the launch. I've been with OhSnap since the Kickstarter days, back when it was a large pill shape. I've absolutely loved every iteration of the Snap Grip, but this is the first time I feel that the grip took a legit step backwards. First, the pros: I absolutely love the texture of the new grip. It is very smooth to the touch. I also like the strength of the kickstand- it feels a bit more secure than the Snap 4 I'm using now. Now for the cons: the magnets. I have a Pixel 10 Pro XL with a DBrand Ghost 2.0 case. My Snap 4 Luxe attaches magnetically, but I have the use the adhesive backing just for some extra piece of mind. The Snap 4 holds my phone to any magnetic surface without issue. It's a firm grip, and I use it on refrigerators, filing cabinets, stovetop hoods,.. you name it, I've probably attached my phone to it. I attached the Snap 5 to my phone, and the grip hold to the phone decently well, but the magnets on the back of the grip are AWFUL. I attached my phone to the fridge and watched as it slowly sank under the weight of my phone. I took off my case and tried again with the exact same results. I even tried my cousin's iPhone 16 Pro and got the same results. I know the goal was to make pass-thru MagSafe easier to use, but when using a Belkin QI 2.2 charger, I have absolutely no issues with MagSafe and my Snap 4. I can even charge though my case with no loss in efficiency.The biggest reason I use this grip is for the magnetic back- I always have a convenient place to stick my phone. Without that, I don't see a reason to use this. If the magnets don't stick strongly to metal, I sure as heck wouldn't trust them to hold a MagSafe wallet. I'm not sure if maybe this intro batch was a fluke, but I cannot in good conscience recommend this product. Stick with a Snap 4 if you can.
