It does what it says with limitations. It's slim and comfortable to use, it does take some getting used to. About the wireless charging capability, it does work with the right charger. I've tried 3 chargers and 1 out of the 3 works. Be prepared to needing a new wireless charger.

Do not buy online version! It is different than what is in store. The Lux 4 has a sticky back in addition to the magnets and cannot be removed from device once attached without destroying it.

It’s a great and very thin grip. Loved the OhSnap 4 grip, but I change cases often and like that this one doesn’t have the sticky backside so I can take it off and put on any case I’m using that day. Makes holding a larger phone quite comfortable

I guess newer isnt always better
When they added new colors, it was considered an update to their grip. BUT, now the magnets do not seem as strong, they dont adhere to the ohsnap! car mount very well, it falls off whileim driving, the magnets are not as strong. and I got one for my boyfriend as well, because the originals were great, but the part of it that let's you hold the phone broke already within a day. I love My red cherry noise one, but have disappointed with the "new" version of ohsnap!

I love the color match for the new iPhone with the blaze sunset but oh snap failed at the new grip 5. Yes the grip stays on your phone better but in turn, it now is not strong enough on the opposite side to stick to metal surfaces. It just slides down and even popped off my MagSafe phone mount in car when I hit I bump. Stick with the snap luxe 4 the 5 is not worth the upgrade.

Magnet strength is not great
This is my second oh snap product (1st purchased from target). Functionality it’s fine. My issue is with the magnet strength. This model does not stick firmly to the refrigerator, it slides down. And it doesn’t charge through the Apple branded mag charger. If I understand correctly there is an oh snap branded charger that is the only one “guaranteed” to work with the charger. I have to take it off at night to use the mag charger. For $30 I expected more

Dont waste your money on this
The adhesive didn't work for long (2 months). The metal ring portion came off & the item broke apart. I wrote to Ohsnap & was promised a replacement but when I asked when it was coming in they cancelled it. Waste of money
