I love the protein to sugar ratio of this granola, but there are so many oat hulls/husks in it that from a texture perspective, it’s disgusting.

It was great in parfaits, but had a slightly different texture and taste when alone, which may be due to the coconut oil…. So my kids were not a fan for a quick snack. But overall, it was good.

I love the ingredients and I love the crunchy texture that almost reminds me of a crispy rice dessert. The only reason I’m knocking off a star is because it’s actually a little too sweet, and I’m not normally sensitive to things being too sweet. It could have a little less sugar and be a little less sweet and it would be amazing. Possibly other flavors other than the honey aren’t as sweet. It’s still one of the best granolas out there for the protein content and healthy ingredients. It is a little on the pricier end but I’d recommend!
