However, I've encountered some minor glitches: occasionally, apps struggle to load information, lag when adding or changing data, and some features become unusable. These issues typically resolve on their own, but glitches involving widgets can be persistent. Despite these hiccups, the device is outstanding, and I would definitely recommend it to a friend!

I’ve had a poor experience with this HP laptop. From the start, the fan has been extremely noisy and runs constantly, even when I’m just browsing or doing basic tasks. Despite this, the laptop still gets uncomfortably hot very quickly. It’s frustrating to deal with so much noise and heat, especially when the performance doesn’t seem to justify it. I expected better thermal management from HP. I wouldn’t recommend this model to anyone looking for a quiet, reliable machine.
