A: Need to pay attention to cleaning for the cushion cover do not arbitrarily dismantle, because there is no experience in the installation of the case, dismantled after cleaning will be very difficult to re-installed on.

A: This is shipped separately in two separate boxes. Armrests one box. Seat and ottoman in another box. Arrival times will vary. But there are instructions in each box with our multiple ways to contact us. You can check the status of undelivered packages through our customer service. If there is a missing package, it will be immediately replaced for you by contacting us.

Q: I ordered this and the box came in as #2 it had parts of the chair not a complete chair or ottoman. I see it says 1 box. I had cushions and the back and legs. No chair or ottoman.

Really bad experience
The chair showed up without the arms pictured in all the photos. When I reached out to target they told me the arms were shipped separately and to give it a few days. The arms never showed up. The chair would have been great if there were arms but you couldn't get comfortable without them and it having no arms left the sides exposed which were ugly and obviously meant to be covered up. I reached out to target again and said they could not send me the arms. When I asked for a refund they told me they could only do so if I packaged and shipped the item back or returned it to a target store. I had already disposed of the box and it would it fit anyways because the cushions were all vacuum sealed and I live in NYC and don't have a car and I'm pregnant so getting the chair to a target store in person would be expensive and strenuous. Then they disconnected from the chat line and I was unable to send any more messages. I ended up giving the chair away for free because it was unusable and too frustrating to deal with targets lack of help.

U shapped sectional & mayching chair
Can’t say anything about the product itself, but do not buy from this company. You are not buying from target, it’s a private seller. Items come in multiple boxes (obviously) but you only get one tracking number. I ordered the U shape sectional and matching chair with ottoman, FedEx marked it as delivered, but only received 3 medium sized boxes, which isn’t even the entire couch, never received the chair or ottoman ether with no way of tracking these items. As of right now I’m out over 1300$ and no complete couch or chair.

The arm rests came in a separate package, so I was worried I don’t get them at first. The customer support email on the instructions didn’t work, but the one on target’s website did. Pretty easy to assemble. Definitely needs some extra pillows for back support for optimum comfort. Quality is okay for the price.

Target does not monitor their Target Plus Vendors
I ordered the chair and ottoman pictured, and I only received one box with the arms to the chair by the delivery date. Target showed the item as delivered. I contacted Target and was told more boxes were likely to show up in the next few days. Called back a few days later, and was told to wait a full 7 days from my Original delivery date to call back. Then and only then could Target contact the Target Plus sellers about the order to even verify that entire chair was shipped, and if not would it be. They wouldn’t even ask the sellers for additional tracking numbers. This is a target issue. They should not allow Target Plus marketplace sellers on their site if they are not able to monitor the vendors and track shipments. Very disappointed with Target. I will most likely shop elsewhere for large items after this experience.
