    Sweet Serweet Mattress!

    I had never had a hybrid mattress before and didn’t know what to expect. Opening the box and letting it expand for a day or 2 was a fun experience. Then when I tried the mattress I was very pleasantly surprised with how cushiony and comfortable it was. Now, I always have a great night’s sleep on my Serweet mattress. I love it!     poor quality product, poor customer service

    I bought this mattress a month ago. Within 2 weeks, the seam started unravelling along the top edge. When I contacted the manufacturer, they offered a $40 refund and suggested I fix the mattress myself; I said that was not acceptable and they bumped their offer to $70 (on a mattress I paid $165 for, plus $30 for a protection plan/extended warranty). After declining that offer, I ultimately had to go through Target customer service to ask for a full refund. I will not be buying another mattress from this brand.
