3 Tier Metal Utility Cart - Brightroom™

There’s a defect on these carts. One of the screw holes is too big so the hex screw is too small to connect part A and B together. I exchanged for another cart and had the same exact issue.

Saw a bunch of people say the trays get stuck, same here. Gave it a quick spray of WD-40 and boom, all good. Easy fix, and I actually really like the cart. It works great for what I need. Hope it helps someone out.

The cart itselft is good and does its job. However, my daughter and I sruggled greatly trying to separate the bins from one another. I finally looked over the reviews here on this website and found that many others have experienced the same problem. I took their advice and used two putty knives and inserted one on each end. Then hammered them all the way inbetween the plastic wrap. A slight tug after that and they popped loose, but it shouldn't have been necessary to go to such extremes in the first place!

I bought this for an odd purpose. My old house just doesn't cool the kitchen enough in summer so I take out most of the pantry foods and wanted something better to store them in. While I would prefer some sort of cabinet pantry with a door, I didn't want to spend that kind of money. I saw this and checked the dimensions and thought it might be a good option. I was right! It holds a lot of things. Assembly was a bit difficult for me, as I had trouble lining up the shelves with the screw holes on this black version. I eventually ignored their suggestion to leave everything loose until the end, and found that tightening up the screws I had gotten in, made the others easier to line up. Once together I found it to be quite sturdy although it can tip if you purposely try to. The unit is all-metal by the way. Seems like I read something about plastic on the product page so I expected the shelves to be plastic but nope, it's 100% sturdy metal frame and shelves. Highly recommended.

Size and quality are great. Perfect for what I need.

Zero quality control. Had the item halfway assembled and one of the legs is bent so you cannot fit them together. The entire item is useless. Contacted target and they are requiring a return which I’ve already spent time assembling the item so I have to disassemble and repackage everything. Huge waste of time.

Very sturdy cart however the support bar had the screw hole in the wrong place so I am exchanging for another. Hoping the second one works.

I ended up returning the blue cart as it was missing parts. I'm so disappointed. Big waste of money.

Great. Good height love the depth of the shelves and that you can get attachments for more storage. Used as nursery cart

This is a great cart ONCE you can get it assembled. This product is getting 3 stars because, as many other reviews have indicated, the cart bins are wedged together in the packaging and are incredibly difficult to separate. What should have been an easy assembly ended up taking 2+ hours of my time. If you're currently scanning through the comments to find some insight on how to get them unstuck. Here's what ended up working for me: I hooked bungee cords to the top bin and had them suspended in mid air. From there I used a putty knife to wedge in between the stuck bins and hammered each side until, one by one, they were loosened. Ridiculous, but effective.

It is very sturdy, nice size

Couldn’t get the shelves separated to even put it together. The shelves are also a lot shorter than I was expecting. I’ll be returning.

Medical cart favorite

Arrived damaged. Noticed as I was putting last shelf on that it was bent. Too long to ship replacement. Went into store, purchased a NEW one. Asked customer service if I could swap out the bent shelf (I had it with me) refused to switch out and also said they would refuse return if I swapped it out myself. Wanted the original rolling cart AND packaging returned.

A must for all the breastfeeding essentials and very handy with the rolling wheels!

It took me an hour, soap and a hammer just to get the shelves apart. There are literal dents in the baskets where they were shoved together in packaging. Then the baskets were too short for the support bars so only one side would screw down with a 1" gap left on the other side. I'm very pregnant and don't have time or energy to return it. DO NOT BUY THIS! I wouldn't even spend $5 on this

Cart is very sturdy and a snap to assemble.

To get the trays apart, you’ll have to pull/tug at eat corner until they wiggle free. Also, both part A pieces are between trays 1 & 2 and then 2 & 3. If you can get the trays apart, this cart is functional! I bought one in black for my house and one in white for my mom’s house to put my baby’s toiletries, medicines, toys, etc. I took two stars away—because of the way they packed everything so tightly in the box and the other because of the amount of confusion it took to put the cart together.
