I purchased 2 full-size 3" High Density Mattress Toppers. These make the 5th Viscosoft topper in our home. We have 3 full-size, 1 queen, and 1 XL twin; all fit the bed perfectly. Everyone loves their topper. They are the perfect addition to a no-longer-perfect mattress, or for a less expensive new mattress. They are soft, yet firm. Hi! I ordered the topper directly from your website because it said it would arrive by Thursday last week. A day or two after I ordered it an update was sent saying it would not arrive until Friday. I left Friday morning to the destination where I was planning to take the mattress topper. I didn’t get to take it because it arrived too late. I would have ordered from someone else as there were other companies that would have delivered their product several days faster. I preferred trying your product and since it said it would be here in time, I ordered it. Maybe lesson learned for me to not cut it close like that! I don’t know when I will visit that location next but it may be in several months. After I finally get to use it in several months from now, can I still return it if there are any problems with it? I don’t want to unbox it now, because I won’t be able to transport it to the place I’ll use it due to it’s large size once it unrolls.
