I toasted them twice, and the outside was slightly crispy, and the inside was still very soft and fluffy. The catrot flavor is strong and delicious. There is also a definite taste of the allspice used in these. Part of the reason I love carrot cake so much is for the cream cheese icing, but these are supposed to be a healthy version, and they don't disappoint with the nutrients and the high protien and fiber. Overall, very good for being good for you. I might put a lil cream cheese on them for a treat sometimes though lol.
