Texture and Taste Were Not Good
I went to the store for some game day snacks and was going to get through buffalo nuggets that I love, but my store got rid of them and replaced the spot with these pizza bites, so I figured I'd try them. I cooked them in the microwave, so probably the worst cooking option, but I don't think these would be good cooked any way. The taste and texture was weird, I could only eat my smothering in ranch and hot sauce. The filling was so thick almost like a chicken nugget. The outside was a weird mushy breading. I was very disappointed knowing how great other morningstar products are. Makes me wonder if anyone tries these before selling them. Since they aren't vegan, making vegetarian pizza bites should be extremely easy. Whatever these are, they aren't pizza bites in my opinion.

Quick flavorful snack for after school!

Says “now with real cheese”, but I didn’t see any cheese inside, let alone really even sauce and pepperoni. It just looked like it was filled with a weird, mushy paste. Not quite sure how to describe the taste, but it definitely wasn’t pizza or pepperoni. And it had an odd texture..not crispy at all, more dense and chewy. Was not a fan.

Was easy to heat in microwave and still had good crust. I was not the biggest fan of these because I prefer a cheesier taste but comparable to other pizza bite brands.
