These are made with egg whites, zucchini, green onions, and cheddar cheese. There are six potato bakes in the package. They are about the size of regular hash brown, maybe a little bit smaller. These are best made in either an air fryer or the oven/toaster oven. I have prepared mine in the toaster oven. They crisp up in about 10 minutes. They had a very nice taste to them. I like that there are egg whites in them to provide a little bit of protein. These go well with oatmeal or yogurt for an added breakfast item. I like that you can see the vegetables in the potato bakes. Great to have on hand when fixing a breakfast. I thought they had a good taste and left a pleasant after taste.
