I love the style of this candleholder. Arts and Crafts style in a modern design. Super nice!

Three stars for the product because they are pretty fragile, but the main reason for deduction of stars is due to packaging. There were not being sold in stores anymore so I had two shipped. Both arrived broken, did a return and had them resent, both broken again. Apparently they don’t allow for “third time’s the charm scenario”—my only option was to refund. Whoever is in packaging needs to be trained on how to properly package fragile items. IT WAS CARELESS packaging, period. Wrapped in brown paper on top of each other? Second time wrapped in target shipping bags and still stacked on top of each other in a MASSIVE box. Of course they are going to get broken. Truly disappointing because I was looking forward to adding these to my HH wooden candlestick holders. I’ve always been happy with HH items but this…so sad. I got them 20% off and they are back to regular price. I’ll just have to utilize them broken. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Wdyd? If you ship, add on more so you increase your chances of getting what you need in one piece and take back the rest.

I found out about these Taper Candle Holders from someone I follow on YT. I was hoping to find them in my local store but had to order them on the Target website. They are really cute and I love the cream color. Right now they are adding a special look to my fall decor. Since they are a neutral color I will be adding them to my future seasonal decor as well. Such a cute candle holder!

I bought this item today, brought it home, stuck a candle in it, and held it by its handle. It crumbled in my hand immediately.

I received my package today, but unfortunately, the item arrived damaged especially the handles, which were broken into pieces. It doesn’t seem to have been securely wrapped, and I’m really disappointed. It feels a bit ridiculous to go through the trouble of returning something that’s already broken. Can you please advise on the next steps or if a replacement is possible?
