Buyer beware. I THINK the item is beautiful. Target has shipped 3 to me this week. All arrived shattered. The first one I was returning Target replaced without me needing to take in. They shipped the second one, it arrived shattered. I called customer service this time and was told I was only eligible for a refund since this happened two times already. I told them I would bring both to the store and return them but I needed another ordered. She agreed and my card was charged again. Now I have 3 planter pots to return to the store in order to receive refunds and no planter, it’s an online item. Target has issued with shipping for years, primarily they don’t use packing to fill the box to prevent movement during shipping. They obviously don’t intend to change. I think a consumer’s best bet is only order non-breakable items on line.
