Minimal prep goes a long way with Stouffer’s Air Fryer Meals. Our Garlic Parmesan Chicken is a savory meal that’s perfect for busy nights when there’s no time for spending long hours in the kitchen. This meal kit brings the taste of freshly cooked food straight from the air fryer to your table with minimal effort. We included white meat crispy chicken, broccoli, potatoes, carrots and a garlic parmesan sauce, so you can feel good about dinner. To prepare, preheat your air fryer to 375°, cook the frozen breaded chicken meal for around 12 minutes, then let cool for 1 minute, and add the sauce after your meal is done cooking (don’t cook the chicken and veggies with the sauce). The convenience is a huge plus—it goes straight from the freezer to the air fryer, and in about 25 minutes, dinner is ready. Perfect for a busy night. The chicken pieces came out crispy on the outside and juicy inside, which is exactly what I’d hope for from an air fryer meal. The garlic parmesan flavor was bold but not overpowering, with a nice balance of savory and cheesy. The coating had a good crunch, and the seasoning stuck well. The only downside is the portion size—it’s enough for one hearty serving or two lighter portions. It could also use a side, like a veggie or pasta, to round out the meal. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This one is a miss for me. The flavor is not my favorite. I followed the instructions for the air fryer and all of the broccoli burned. I think this would maybe feed two people a light meal. Not fond of the texture of the chicken or the potatoes. The potatoes are mushy.

My son is picky about the meat and he really enjoyed this item. The cooking instructions are very clear and makes it very simple. Although our air fryer does not have a basket, we used a baking dish. It turned out pretty decent highly recommend. It’s great for those nights when you don’t wanna cook anything when you get back from work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was an easy, minimal effort meal. I added more vegetables to bulk it up and make it look more fresh. We left the sauce on the side so we could each season it as preferred. Without added vegetables, it’s more like 2 servings per bag.

I love one pot/ pan complete meals for their convenience but this one fell flat, to me. The chicken was processed and the vegetables varied from al dente to mushy. I love Stouffer’s frozen lasagna and several other recipes that kinda all taste alike. I have 3 growing boys so for my family the portion size are way off. The bag states that it feeds like 4- 1 cup portions and each kids can eat like a bag to themselves so you need to make rice or pasta as a side for the portions to be filling.
