Minimal prep goes a long way with Stouffer’s Air Fryer Meals. Our Garlic Parmesan Chicken is a savory meal that’s perfect for busy nights when there’s no time for spending long hours in the kitchen. This meal kit brings the taste of freshly cooked food straight from the air fryer to your table with minimal effort. We included white meat crispy chicken, broccoli, potatoes, carrots and a garlic parmesan sauce, so you can feel good about dinner. To prepare, preheat your air fryer to 375°, cook the frozen breaded chicken meal for around 12 minutes, then let cool for 1 minute, and add the sauce after your meal is done cooking (don’t cook the chicken and veggies with the sauce). Alternatively, you can cook in your oven. Finding flavorful meal ideas just got a lot easier with Stouffer’s.

Skip this.

I’m shocked this currently has 4.5 stars. How? I genuinely can’t fathom how this made it past the test kitchen. I’m not a picky eater. Even the most boring meal is usually just fine enough to eat. But this, this was really bad. I took a few bites hoping it would grow on me or magically get better, it did not. It just be the sauce? I’m not sure how it could go so wrong. I tossed the rest and had to order out because I’d been busy, this was supposed to be the busy day meal. Don’t buy it, just don’t.

Sauce needs work

I was excited to see these air fryer meals and grabbed the garlic parmesan chicken. Cooked per directions and that part worked well. Chicken crispy and veggies too, though some of the carrots were a bit rubbery. The sauce however was a different story. Thawed in hot / warm water as directed. It thawed and became sufficiently warm. Before opening the sauce packet I was a bit concerned as it looked like a "broken" sauce. Opened and tasted it, not much flavor but not horrible. Then I poured it out and am glad I could scoop most of it out. Sauce looked like powdered parmesan cheese in butter. Clumpy and unappetizing. I ended up adding some seasoned garlic salt and shredded parm.

Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Chicken

This is very a very convenient meal and has lots of potential. It was pretty good for the most part, but my broccoli burned and there was still a good 6 minutes to cook according to the instructions and there was not enough broccoli or carrots, plenty of chicken however. I would suggest them adding more veggies and reviewing the cooking instructions again. For now add more broccoli to your meal and watch it while it's being air fried.

Pretty Good!
