Good on the go meal

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] l got to try Tapatio Chicken Enchiladas for free thanks to @influenster and @tapatiohotsauce. You can bake them in the oven or microwave for a quicker option. They had a nice kick but weren't overwhelming. They were just ok tor me, not a favorite.

Quick mex lunch

It did have good flavor and seemed made with good (not fake overly processed) ingredients.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My main qualm with the Tapatio chicken enchiladas was that there was only two in the package! I could’ve easily eaten one or two more. There was a plentiful amount of smoky red sauce to cover/coat the enchiladas, and just enough cheese to compliment. I did add a little extra hot sauce on top, because it needed a little extra kick of spice. They were easy and quick to heat up in the microwave, and the texture was perfect, as they were almost steamed within. One thing to be aware of is that the sodium content is very high, so keep that in mind!

Tortillas stayed frim, but there was barely any cheese, no tomatoes or green peppers visible in meat. The sauce was overly hot, making it overpower the flavor.
