Dolly Parton's Frozen Shrimp & Grits Meal - 11oz

It was delicious, I just wish it was bigger, I think it’d be good to have these types of meals in the larger family size

I can not stop eating this shrimp n grits There’s no other frozen meal out there like it. The flavors are fantastic, and for the price it’s just off the charts. Is it five star restaurant food? No. But it’s not intended to be. It hits every mark for what it’s supposed to be though and I hope they never stop making it and never change the recipe. It’s just right (even the little shrimp are perfect just as they are). Dolly got it right on this one!

This dish was tasty & seasoned well but, I would change two things. I would prefer a tomato sauce rather than the cherry tomatoes in it. And I would've liked more grits. I still like the dish and will buy again.

I had to try Dolly’s Shrimp & Grits, and let me just say — she did NOT disappoint! The grits are creamy and cheesy, the shrimp taste fresh, and the little pops of cherry tomato with scallions give it such a nice flavor. The sauce has a little kick but isn’t overpowering, just the right amount of spice. Honestly, it tasted way better than I expected for a frozen meal — real comfort food in a bowl! If you love Southern classics, this one is a must. Dolly knows what she’s doing!

Delicious and a nice portion at a great price. Cherry tomatoes are okay but some variety with bacon etc would be great too.

Not good at all. Completely disappointing. The shrimp are small and fishy tasting plus they are not cleaned. Completely different than what is presented on the box. The grits from the microwave get a film on top that is not appetizing. Plus it doesn't cook evenly so it is uncooked in parts.

Absolutely delicious for this amount of calories, Dolly! Everyone, don’t be afraid of adding a little Cajun seasoning and hot sauce of your choice. Definitely bake in the oven. Savor it! My gosh, the flavors are incredible. The tomatoes taste so fresh. Grits texture is perfection. 9 shrimp consistently in each and are delicious. Dolly, I love you! (

I am giving it five stars because the idea of microwaving grits is probably rolling my father over in his plateful grave but if I was going to microwave one dolly did it and she did it great She did it so good I went back and bought more I can't lie The shrimp were a little sad We either give me a lot more of them or a couple more bigger ones but the flavor was on point . Very tasty! Just enough spiciness. The grits were creamy, and the shrimp remained tender.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just had this for lunch. It is probably one of the ONLY frozen meals I have ever eaten that I did not have to season. So full of flavor and tasted like fall! Definitely going to get some more to keep at work for lunch!

I haven't ever tried grits before, and haven't the slightest idea of how to cook them. I saw Dolly Partons Shrimp & Grits in the store, so I tried it. This is absolutely delicious, I would buy this again, and again.

I was so looking forward to trying these new frozen dinners! I absolutely love Dolly Parton‘s cakes and especially the pancake mix, which is usually sold out at the grocery stores I go to so whenever I can find it, I usually get a couple boxes. Well, I am not an expert on shrimp and grits. There are a few things I would like to bring up. First there were only two very small shrimp in the entire meal. I think they need some more quality control at ConAgra foods. Second, there was only one and a half little cherry tomatoes in this meal as well. Well, the cheese had a mild flavor in the grits. I found that you either had grits that were overcooked on the edges or watery in the center. I was also disappointed at the heat level of the dish. I thought it would be a bit spicier than it actually was. While I will not be purchasing the shrimp and grits again, I will maybe try another one of the frozen dinners.

My husband bought this for me just about a hour and a half ago. I have already ate it all. This was sooo good, that I had to leave a review. If you have not tried it please do. It taste like it was just freshly cooked❤️ It has flavor and will definitely make you want more.
