Great size for bringing essentials. Can hold a decent size container; yogurt cup (such as noosa), couple of fruits, 16 oz. water bottle and an ice pack or two. It is not well insulated, and is not recommended for anything that needs to be cold for more than 4-5 hours. I usually freeze my water bottle to help with keeping my food cold, and by 12pm the bottle is almost un frozen. Get in on sale, would not pay 100 for this as there are cheaper coller that keeps food cold (such as Packit).

I love it for a lunch box! It kept my things cool with the use of a heavy duty ice pack. It's not thickly insulated for camping or for long term expectations but perfect for everyday use to carry your breakfast, lunch and snacks. All my bento/tubberware/bags fit in it and it's difficult to find a lunch box that can fit all your containers.

I bought this for my Hon, because she wanted a ‘lunch’ bag for her snacks, and I selected the rose quartz colored on to match her Stanley 20oz cup. Have only used it a couple of days, but it seems to serve the purpose, rooms easily the 5-6 120z cans (smart water, Madison Perrier and Red Bull, the cup and a couple of ‘to-go ‘ bags of chips, popcorn etc or a couple of pieces of fruits (orange/apple/banana or grapes). She is concerned about the color being too light, easier getting dirty, and would prefer a black one instead (not gonna tell I already have one, still in the car, cuz that one is supposed to accomplish the same match with my units 😉😉😉) Am not so sure about the ‘keeping cold’ stats yet, cuz it’d need me actually doing the math with ice packs. Haven’t had it long enough, yet.
