Why is it spicy??

The jalapeño flavor has a nice subtle kick to it for those who typically like to add a little bit of spice to their standard Mac & Cheese. I like spice, so it was good to me. I'm not sure if I'd recommend it to kids though. It would be great if there could be a 'mild spice' label on the box. I would also add a little less amount of milk than what is stated.
