Nice Item - Poor Shipping and Handling

The item was fine. It is the shipping from Target that I have a complaint about. The item said it would be here today, but it was sent via UPS and delivered to a USPS facility “per the senders request.” Then the delivery date changed so I had to go to the post office to pick it up. I know we were cutting it close, I’m just not sure why the shipping was handled in this manner. And if this is how it is, Target should update their shipping dates to reflect an extra day.
