It’s super convenient — easy to toss in a gym bag or grab when I’m in a rush. The fruit flavor is natural and not overly sweet, which I appreciate. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I wish the portion size was slightly bigger for adults who use it as a snack or pre-workout option. But still, it’s a solid product. I’ll definitely keep a few on hand for busy days when I need quick energy without junk.

I like the flavor, but I don’t really like the texture, it is like a paste, and it was very sweet for my taste. It was very easy to open and bring it to everywhere.

That being said, beware if you’re looking for low sugar options because although there is no added sugar, this product does have a pretty significant amount of sugar from the fruit. I wouldn’t advise eating this as a standalone snack or you may end up still getting the same blood sugar spike you were trying to avoid by choosing a healthier option. Added to a lunch box though, or eaten after a more nutrient dense meal, I think these are great! Or even to fulfill a sweet tooth craving. If you have diabetes, or any other condition where you may need sugar control in your diet, I would not advise this as a safe snack despite no added sugar because the fruit itself is quite high in natural sugar, and it will spike your blood levels. Enjoy it, just know what you’re eating when you do!
