Q: I just purchased six of your blinds and all they look great just out of the box, none of them include instructions. Is there an online PDF that I can reference?

Q: Are all of the different colors of these shadesa also a different style of weave?? It seems it from the photos. Some look to hae uniform slats and others are different size slats etc.

While the overall design and functionality of the bamboo shades remain the same across the collection, certain colors may feature slight variations in pattern to complement the fabric tone and aesthetic.

Q: Does this shade have a lining?
A: Thank you for your question! Our bamboo shades do not come with a built-in fabric lining by default. They are designed to offer a natural, light-filtering effect, allowing soft, diffused light to enter the room while still providing some privacy. If you're looking for additional light blockage or privacy, we do offer select styles with an optional privacy or blackout

Q: Can you hang these from a magnet with hooks on metal door
A: Thank you for your question! For a safe and stable setup, we suggest using the standard hardware provided. Our bamboo Roman shades are designed to be mounted using the included brackets, which require screws for secure installation. We don’t recommend hanging them with magnetic hooks on a metal door, as the weight of the shade could cause the magnets to slip or fail over time.
