The product was great, the promised shipping of next day was simply a lie. When we got the notification that it wouldn’t be delivered until the following day, I tracked the item. It started out 10 miles from our house was then shipped over 100 miles north stayed up there for a day and a half and then shipped all the way back down to us. On FedEx. Which is a great shipping company. Here’s my point don’t tell me I can receive an item the next day and I buy based on that promise, and not deliver on that promise. It was a gift for my daughter for a special occasion. Amazon delivers on their promise every single day … and target?
