The coconut one is AMAZING. This one? I won’t buy it again. It wasn’t bad, but this experience wasn’t anywhere as satisfying as my time with the coconut flavor! Perhaps the coconut flavor set the bar so high, that nothing can top or compare. But also, I didn’t enjoy the chocolate flavor profile. The consistency is perfect and the portion size generous. Just not a fan of the flavor!

I tried the Pitaya Foods Frozen Organic Dragon Fruit & Passion Fruit Swirl Smoothie Bowl and honestly, the taste is really good. It’s super refreshing, with a bright, tropical flavor that’s both tart and sweet, and the texture is smooth and satisfying—almost like a sorbet. I love that it’s organic and easy to grab straight from the freezer with no prep needed. That said, the price is just way too high for what you get. At around $5 for a pretty small 8 oz bowl, it feels more like a treat than something I could buy regularly. I’d definitely grab it again if it were on sale, but at full price, it’s a little hard to justify no matter how tasty it is.

Too much added sugar!
I wish I had checked the sugar content in this smoothie bowl—there’s so much unnecessary added sugar. I get that fruit naturally contains a lot of sugar, but I’m talking about the extra sugar they added on top of that, which really wasn’t necessary. At this point, you might as well just eat ice cream!
