bibigo what is up :(
i usually love bibigo products, but this was a huge miss. flavorless and bad texture on the dumpling. i do eat microwaved dumplings, so its not like im unfamiliar with how freezing & microwaving will degrade the product a bit, but this was bad enough i didnt finish it.

The dumplings have just the right amount of seasoning, and the sauce has just enough of a vinegar taste without being overpowing. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bibigo beef pho flavored steamed soup dumplings have a slightly oily taste. The flavor is reminiscent of Vietnamese pho with notes of anise and fish sauce. There are 6 fully cooked frozen soup dumplings and a packet of dipping sauce. They are easily prepared in the microwave or steamed on the stovetop. However, after cooking them in the microwave, the tops appeared sunken in. They’re pretty good but have high sodium and saturated fat content. This would be something I would eat occasionally for that very reason.

The taste of the beef was not something I would normally eat. My dad liked them but unfortunately I would not purchase these in the future.

Quick and easy dumplings!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These literally take less than 2 minutes in the microwave to cook. They come out super hot. The flavor is nice. You can taste the spices in it. The dumpling part is chewy and the perfect texture. I wasn’t a fan of the sauce and preferred to eat them without it. They are super juicy inside so I don’t think it needs the sauce. You get 6 in a pack which is more than enough. 300 calories for the whole pack but I ate 3 and was satisfied. I wish they had a little more filling in them but that’s my only criticism.

They cook in the microwave in under two minutes, which is plus because I’m always short on time to make lunches. My only con is that I wish they would include a mini spice rack of several varieties of individual spice/sauce packets to really elevate the flavors to make it more like a restaurant dumpling.
