Expired Product!
I purchased this on 4/28/26 as part of a Drive Up order. The next day, when I opened the package to heat it for breakfast, I noticed a foul odor. I looked at the Best If Used By date and saw that it had expired more than a month earlier! Employees need to check perishable grocery items on the shelves more closely. Now I’m trying to get a refund. Such an inconvenience! Perhaps the product tastes good when it is fresh, but I’ll never know.

Labels Don't Match
Beware that the label info shown is not correct. The nutrition info, especially the calories shown on the app don’t compare to the product I received. Example: app label =190 calories, physical product label = 240 calories. The ingredient list also differs. As someone with allergies, I was thankfully still able to have it but this could be an issue for some. Very disappointed to be consuming extra calories and fat, and probably wouldn’t have chosen this for the protein to calorie ratio if I’d had accurate info. Sadly it was a buy online/pickup so I couldn’t examine it in person first. There are better choices out there. The taste was good though.

Delicious but it could use less salt
I tried for the first time last week. The texture is good. the only thing is that it is too salty. I can only taste the salt fro the ham and did not get any taste of eggs. I served this for my family as mid day snack, and they all came back to me wanting more water.

Absolutely delicious and far better than any other egg bites on the market! I have had, uncured ham & cheese, the spinach and bell pepper, and the mushroom and Asiago.. they are all to die for!!! Simple, delicious, healthy, and quick!

Memories of egg bites
I bought these recently remembering how good they were and y'all did something.. these ain't eggs anymore.. these are the eggs that work in the afterlife office in beetlejuice. These are the memories of eggs that have left us. I know the economy is bad but y'all got so much whipped fluffy egg product in there I basically broke it up in a pan and added real eggs and other ingredients to make a better breakfast. Not buying these anymore

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m grateful to be reimbursed the cost of these Three Bridges Egg Bites in exchange for my review. The eggs were easy to warm in the microwave, tasted perfectly cooked, and were full of the most delicious cheesy flavor. The egg texture was creamy and smooth and the ham and gruyere cheese was the perfect flavor combination. I think it would be even better without the spinach and peppers, but that's just my taste preference and I'm sure a lot of people will like it better with the addition of the veggies.

The most important factor for breakfast items is convenience since I have a long commute and these for the bill, easy to heat up in the microwave, grab, and go. I think the cheese and ham one might be a bit more decadent than the other options but still a healthy choice compared to other fast food breakfast options with good value. Will stock up and try other flavors as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These were soo delicious 😋 and wayyy better than the ones at a coffee chain. I tried the mushroom, asiago bites previously, and while those were good, these uncured ham and gruyere egg white bites were just heavenly melt-in-your-mouth goodness. Next level good. The texture is so light and fluffy from the folded in gruyere, and oh-so-creamy. The ham added the perfect touch of salt. The seasoning was right on point. I was definitely not expecting them to be this good. I will have to pick up the other flavors, but some were not in stock.. I'm assuming because how yummy they are they sell out fast... So good 👍😊
