Oh my goodness no
I got this in lieu of the Vanilla Lime G&G bars, which are fantastic but have been out of stock for a while. These are nowhere near the level of those. Even though watermelon puree is a top ingredient, the flavor is overwhelmingly floral, like a perfume. They are not sweet nor refreshing like a watermelon, and I got ZERO flavor or tartness from lime. Texture is gummy from the stabilizers. I don't know what happened here but I had to warn anyone who reads this. Extra star is solely for the price; it's a good value for the number of bars (just in a different flavor). Hard pass.

Target business not to save customer money vs profit
These Watermelon fruit bars are “gross” per my kids. I tried them and they did taste terrible. But the mango and strawberry are good. BUT Target got rid of them. WHY?? This always happens that Target to get rid of something that is a good seller and they get rid of it. I had to always order the fruit bars early morning to guarantee that I am able to get them, which I eat after my chemo treatment. This happens so many times the good sellers Target rid of for a MORE expensive bars. People are TRYING to a save money, but instead they get bars which are more expensive vs less. I have a relative who is in a corporate position and they stated that Target is NOT thinking or helping customers to save money. They are only thinking about is their profits This is sick!!! I am no longer shopping pat Target anymore when I heardthis. Target is ONLY interested in their profits.

I really love the Outshine watermelon fruit bar and said I should try the Good & Gather one it was .80 cheaper and I was trying to save money. The Good & Gather brand is horrible. I could not taste the watermelon or the lime. It had so much filter ingredients that it was soft. I even let it melt in my mouth, knowing I would taste something but I was wrong. I will spend the additional .80 from now on or just not buy any at all.

We thought it had a strong lime flavor, but barely a watermelon flavor, as opposed to another review. But we also expereinced small chunks of ice throughout the bar, which was unpleasant; unsure if this is normal or maybe due to something like some thawing and re-freezing. We'll probably stick to Outshine bars, consider these if they're on sale.

A miss
Very little flavour. It does have a natural watermelon taste (honestly a bit more on the cucumber side) but its barley there and you cant taste the lime at all. And the texture which is nice and soft would be great if it didn't have little pebbles of just pure ice all throughout it.
