Good quality, strange flavor
High quality ingredients and fairly easy to make. I did not enjoy the overall taste. That’s very subjective, but this was an odd flavor and very strong-I can’t place the exact flavor but it was sweetish and overpowering, like cloves. I trashed most of it, sadly.

This is not very good. The beef chucks were half chunks of fat, which made the sauce nearly inedible. The texture was off. The noodles portion was really small. I did not have veg to put in it, but I’m not sure it would have improved it

Bag Melted in pot
Bag is NOT boil safe. My bag melted after only 2 minutes. And I can see some of the sauce in the water. It makes me wonder if it's safe to eat.

Delish! Really loved these noodles. I like to jazz up my noodles so added chopped cilantro and green onions, some lime and garlic. Wow really brightened the noodles and made them even better. The beef was so tasty and fell apart, I took the frozen broth and meat and just microwaved it and threw in the noodles after boiling. Will definitely be buying more!

We REALLY enjoyed the Braised Beef and noodle kits. We used two and prepared as directed. For mine (pictured), I added a large dollop of Momofuku Chili Crunch. I also added a couple tablespoons of crushed cashews as well as some scallions.

We love Asian Cuisine so much we go out to eat once a week.., but we prefer to eat at home, so we heard about the Mila startup kit and we got it which included, 50 dumplings, 4 individual noodle packs and three amazing sauces but we also purchsed the Braised Beef noodles and since they recommended to get the green onions and and cilantro from our near supermarket we did! And it made each serving even more Amazing! And our kids are obsessed with the dumplings, they also have fun cooking it the wooden steamer basket that comes with the kit on their own and its safe for them and they fun! But I need to get more of the dish and chop stick set so everyone has their own! We love Mila, its our favorite restaurant quality style food delivered to our homr!

To be honest, was a bit skeptical. But I decided to try it. Glad I did. I dont know how often I can get this item but, it is definitely worth the price. The beef was very tender. Has a Very good flavor, not overpowering.

Just tried the new beef noodles, and I thought it was a good product although my go to is still the favorite Dan Dan Noodles. I felt the thicker cut noodles have a good "chew" without being gummy (a common problem with instant noodles), and "flash heating" the veggies is a good addition. The only mild complaint is the beef is actually cut into smaller pieces than pictured on the package.
