For those who are on a GLP-1 it can be difficult to get all your essential vitamins and minerals since your appetite is reduced. So I’am very fortunate to try and have been enjoying these tasty gummies. The gummies are soft and easy to chew. They don’t get stuck in my teeth when chewing. I also like that they don’t taste like minerals and vitamins. They have a tasty sweet tangy hint to them, they are a citrus berry flavor. I take two a day which is the recommended serving, and they are only 15 calories per serving. They provide me with 15 essential vitamins and minerals, which is important to me because I want to try to take care of myself the best I can while on a GPL-1. Also, if you have a gluten sensitivity or allergy, these gummies are gluten free and have no artificial sweeteners, which is a big plus in my book.

Not the greatest but the worst. But its a vitamin not necessarily supposed to taste good. Doesnt taste vitaminy though. Easy to take though and glad its only 2. One would be better because of costs but glad its not more. Nice size too.
