Conveniently, this gummy contains several different vitamins, which is helpful. Not only do they consist of Fiber, D and B12, but they have Folate which is so important to me. I like choosing gummies for some of my supplements because I feel like it's a sweet treat, since I'm monitoring my food intake. These Vitafusion are sugar free and the serving size is 3. Normally I would be happy with gummy vitamins, but I don't care for orange unless it's real or juice. These need to be peach or berry.

The serving size says 3 gummies. I'm very pleased that these are sugar free. As it states on the front of the bottle. That's especially important to me. The bottle was sealed and has a child lock cap. The gummies are a decent size. And to my surprise, they taste very good with absolutely no nasty after taste or that medicine taste. They are citrus flavor but not overwhelming or bitter. The bottle is pretty descriptive on the back. Ingredients and what these gummies are intended for. These gummies are for GLP-1 support and have several different vitamins in them. These are intended to fill the nutritional gaps of having a reduced calorie diet, as the bottle states. I have only tried these gummies for a few days but I intend to keep taking them daily as part of my morning routine. I'm satisfied with Vitafusion and their line of vitamins. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started taking GLP-1 in March, and I really wanted to be conscious of maintaining a balance of vitamins and fiber so when I saw vitafusion had a gummy that focused on supporting GLP-1, I was excited to try it. Three gummies per day gives you a decent amount of fiber, vitamin D-3, B-12, and folate, and the texture of the gummy is great. However, I couldn't get past the taste. I don't taste even a bit of sweetness in the gummies, so that just leaves you with a slightly off sour citrus taste that's pretty off-putting, with a bad aftertaste. So if you can get past the taste, these gummies are a good way to get some extra vitamins in, which I know is so hard to do sometimes when you're taking GLP-1s.
