I do like that they aren't covered in sugar though. The packaging was easy to open too. Overall, I would pass on these and probably just stick with a pill or tablet.

They are slightly large gummies and while they are very chewy and gummy and take a while to completely chew up, they do not stick to teeth or leave any residue feeling behind. Overall, they are easy to take and I love what these supplements have to offer.

The flavor is nice so no need to try a force them down which is great when you lack an appetite.

It’s not only a good source of fiber (which I neglect to get enough of in my diet, but it also has energy-supporting vitamins. I prefer gummy vitamins/supplements and these taste good and are easy to chew. One thing to consider is three gummies equal one serving, so you only have a 30-day supply in the bottle.

Sometimes I take them with food but sometimes just with my coffee and they seem to work the same either way, but I do notice when I don’t have a meal with them, a bit more acidic feeling in my stomach.

Super important when adhering to a healthier lifestyle. I also didn't expect to feel full either. These supplements pack in a whooping six grams of fiber plus Vitamin D and folate. They also are free from dairy, gluten, high fructose corn syrup and synthetic dyes. These supplements are also large, chewy, and tasty. I wish they packed in even more citrus flavor. These can definitely be a healthy part of a GLP-1 program - an easy add to get in the nutrients we need.
