They definitely fed my craving for scallion pancakes! So happy I found these!
I was thrilled to find these at Target! It’s the only store in my area that carries scallion pancakes! (Including restaurants and the closest Trader Joe’s is over 30 miles) My only complaint is there are not many actual scallions in the pancakes. I did however remedy this by adding a lot of scallions to my sauce of rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar, with a dash of onion powder to help it along. My worry now is that my local store will stop carrying them, as they have with other items I discover and really enjoy 🫤

Delicious!
These are delicious but it took a lot of trial and error to figure out how to fully cook them in an air fryer because the instructions on the package don't result in a golden, flakey finish. I figured it out and thought I'd share. Spray each side with cooking spray, I use coconut oil. 400° for 5 minutes, flip. Another 5 minutes at 400°. Flip again. 400° for 3 minutes. Delicious with scrambled eggs!

Super yummy
These are surprisingly very good for a frozen, non Asian supermarket scallion pancake. Very good flavor, and they crisp up very nice, compared to Trader Joe’s green onion pancakes, this brand beats Trader Joe’s by a landslide, they taste way more authentic. I will be gladly be buying these from now on!!!!

Easy and Fun to try.
Nice option for a fast snack. I was excited to try these and made mine in the air fryer. I have the type of air fryer that has racks. I sprayed it with olive oil and did not flip. I cooked it two minutes longer than suggested and raised the tempt to 385 the last 5 minutes. It was crispy and delicious. I added sriracha mayo and made a great snack.

Flavorless
Very disappointing. Zero scallion flavor. Rubbery dough. If you have a craving for this item make the trip to Trader Joe’s. Their scallion pancakes are excellent.
