Q: Is this shelf stable?

A: No this milk requires refrigeration at all times. You will find it in the refrigerated section of the store and not on the shelf. Only milk found on the shelf is shelf stable.

When cows are not out on pasture, they are fed only organic, vegetarian feed that has been produced without the use of genetically modified grains or the use of prohibited herbicides or pesticides. I ordered 3 Horizon Organic Whole High Vitamin D Milk - 1gal I was verified on 2/11 3 gallons that it was ready for on 2/12 I went to teh store and only recieve on gallon. Went to the website for a refund. and was only allowed an option for a refund on one gallon. This is unaccpetble.

Homogenized ULTRA pasteurized and now all have fortified D3 in them which isn’t absorbed in this form, making it even less desirable than generic brands. What is the purpose of paying for pasture raised when one can not absorb the benefits?
