Garbage
Bought 3 of these yesterday, and put brand new batteries in (screwdriver required!!!). Kids brought them to camp today and all 3 broke within MINUTES of use. 1 randomly came back on about 2 hrs later, but the other 2 are still dead. They’re cute, but complete garbage. Just bought the O2Cool ones instead, so hopefully we’ll have more luck with those.

Terrible product. Put batteries in and the fans worked, as soon as we tried to use with water, the fans stopped working. Bought 2 for a day we'd be outside for hours on the heat and they were a waste of money!

Very poor quality
We put batteries in and it worked. Drove to our destination and tried to use it but it wouldn’t come on. Changed batteries and tried again with no luck. Never got to actually use it. Never even got to put water in it. Completely useless.

DOES NOT WORK
There is something wrong with the mechanism that runs the fan and it only works randomly when you stand on your head during a full moon. So pretty inconvenient when your toddler is hot at a little league game and the fan you promised her doesn't work! Do not buy this!!! ALSO I'm pretty sure someone at target is lining their ceo pockets with Pennie's because the tag on the shelf said 6.99 and then I was charged 7$ for this. Target is a greedy awful company.
