Q: does the tree have a timer?
A: Correction.. That is incorrect my sister has one and it does have a 6 hour timer. It does turn off after 6 hours, it’s automatic.

Q: Does the try me button and whole chord come off? Can we get specific instructions on how to properly remove?
A: Hello Ct22 - Thank you for your Interest in 14.5in white ceramic Christmas tree! The try-me button cord with the white box can be completely removed before use. There is a clip where the try me wire is connected to the battery pack. The clip should be pressed and then pulled out at the same time to remove the try-me button. Hope this helps! - Eram

Q: What battery’s should I put in. I put in the 1.5 volt batteries and it isn’t as bright as the press me button.

Q: Tree will not light up? New batteries and no lighting of tree with any postion of the switch. Brand new last year and it functioned.

Q: There is an option to set the tree to "timer." How long will the tree remain on, assuming the timer mode automatically turns it off.

Q: Hello.......how do you remove the "try-me" wiring? No instructions provided with the one I purchased that details how to remove it. The wire seems attached securely to the underbase base.
A: Hello The Gardener - Great Question! The try-me wire can and should be removed. Simply tug on the string near to where it connects to the battery housing. Sometimes, there is a small tab that one might need to push down to help the wire disconnect from the battery housing. Hope this helps! - Eram
