Container says 3 servings @ 2/3 cup each. 2/3 cup = approx 5.33 oz x 3 = 15.99 oz. The container is 16 oz but not completely filled. No way you could get 3 servings of 2/3 cup each.

Creamy chocolate ice cream with a protein boost
I thought this ice cream was delicious and my 3 year-old agreed. She’s asking about earning some more as a treat. I love that it gives a little extra protein boost, plus it is naturally sweetened. The ingredients are all simple and clean, which is another plus. You definitely can’t tell that it contains whey protein. It tastes like deliciously creamy chocolate ice cream.

I am very excited to review this ice cream. When I first opened the container, it looked more like a frozen milkshake and not very creamy. However, when I tasted it that was not the case. It was definitely creamier than it looked. I was also waiting for an after taste of protein which it did not have. The chocolate flavor was more like a dark chocolate flavor and it was very good. I liked this ice cream a lot. I am not sure that I would buy it again. however because I thought it was pricey for a pint.

I love eating chocolate ice cream and this definitely caught my eye for the added protein benefit. I was surprised that the texture was still so creamy and definitely couldn’t tell it was different from any other ice cream that didn’t have protein. It’s sweetened with coconut nectar as opposed to other types of sugars. Would buy again!

Yummy chocolate and not too bad for you
This is a really yummy chocolatey treat and it’s not too unhealthy for you since it packs so much protein. The texture is really good. It’s just like regular ice cream and it’s easy to eat the whole pint and one sitting I thought the chocolate flavor was really authentic, and it didn’t have much of an aftertaste at all.

Better for you and tasted great
I’ve had Swoop ice cream before in a different flavor so I knew it was going to be good quality and barely differentiable from regular ice cream. As expected, this flavor was just as tasty and I felt great (and less guilty) knowing that my dessert is also packed with protein. I even allowed my two year old to have some. Would purchase again.

amazing flavor and love the macros BUT every time we perches this brand, the ice cream is a little more than halfway full. So, it is disappointing to see the volume you're paying for compared to any other ice cream.

This is an ice cream dessert that is advertised as leaning toward a protein dessert. It’s somewhat misleading as the serving size is 1/3 of the container making it only about 10g of protein, whereas there are other options that have higher protein. The price is reasonable. The chocolate flavor is delicious.

Why was this so hard to scoop?
Who doesn’t love a good chocolate ice cream? I’m always up for trying a new ice cream brand, so I gave this one from Swoop a try. I like that it has the bonus protein from whey, makes me think I’m getting more than just sugar from eating it. The flavor and texture of the ice cream was surprisingly great, and even my kids enjoyed the ice cream. The down fall for me would be how hard the ice cream got in my freezer. We had to wait a good while to be able to scoop out the smallest little bits of ice cream.

Deliciously Rich Ice Cream
I’m always looking for ways to increase my protein intake as I don’t eat much meat. I saw this ice cream and it sounded like a delicious treat with some extra protein. I took the ice cream out of the freezer and let it thaw a bit to be able to scoop it. I tried the chocolate and it was smooth and rich. I ate it in 3 days it was so good. will definitely be buying it again.

I got the Swoop High Protein Chocolate Charge Frozen Dairy Dessert to try out as a new alternative for ice cream. I was pleasantly surprised with how good this chocolate ice cream tasted. It was very rich and creamy with every single bite. I love how you don’t even taste the protein, but it is in there as a benefit.

I absolutely love this chocolate ice cream. It’s so delicious. I couldn’t stop eating it and finished it so quickly. I’m definitely going to buy another one soon. I really appreciate that they added protein to the ice cream. As an active woman who plays sports every day, I need plenty of protein, and this is such a satisfying way to get it. I especially enjoy it after workout. It makes me feel great. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a tasty ,high-protein ice cream option!!!!

I didn't pay attention and thought it was purchasing actual ice-cream. After opening the container, the top has some ice crystals. I was nervous of the taste and texture but it wasn't like ice-cream ice crystals. That's when I noticed the ingredients. First being water. I was very surprised. I thought this was quite good for not being actual ice cream. The chocolate flavor is rich and deep. I'm lactose intolerant so this is a great alternative. The calories and ingredients are reasonable.
