Delicious, creamy, tasty
This is the swoop High protein, vanilla Surge ice cream in vanilla surge flavor. I am completely thrown back by how delicious this ice cream actually is. The vanilla flavor is great and I love that it’s made with avocado oil and I really like that at sweetened with coconut nectar. It has great flavor, minimal aftertaste, it’s not icy or chalky but creamy! I do recommend this!

Container not full
I bought 3 different flavors of Swoop ice cream. While the flavor is delicious, it’s disappointing the containers aren’t completely noticeably not filled to the top. Protein pints fill their products to the top.

Naturally sweetened but has a funny after taste
I purchased this frozen dessert for an is-in-store pickup. I was slightly disappointed because when I picked it up an got it home, it was partially dethawed. I live only five minutes from the store so it must have been already soft when they gave it to me. In any case, I stuck it back in the freezer and it hardened up a bit. What I like about this "ice cream" is that it's made from pretty simple ingredients like coconut nectar and avocado oil. It's very high in protein and has 130 calories per serving. The flavor tastes good but did leave me with a little bit of a funny aftertaste. I might buy this again based on the fact that it has such a high protein content and I'm always looking to add more protein in my diet. The price is on par with other ice cream pints on the market.

Absolutely delish! You cannot tell that it’s a healthier alternative and I love that it has 30g of protein and only 29g of sugar per pint compared to over twice that much in other brands!!

My husband loves protein ice cream and he said this is great tasting and you can’t taste the extra protein in it. It truly tastes like ice cream. Everyone can add more protein in their diets and this is a great way to incorporate it. I love that it comes in many flavors but we love this vanilla flavor.

Surprisingly really good ice cream
I wasn't sure about this higher protein ice cream from Swoop when I bought it. I thought it would have some weird taste to it like some higher protein foods do but it tasted really good. It tasted like regular vanilla ice cream. Has 10 grams of protein in a serving. Its a pretty small container but good if you want some extra protein in a dessert.

This vanilla ice cream is so delicious. It’s packed with protein, and the texture is still smooth and silky. The flavor is absolutely decadent and divine. I tried to limit myself and just have one scoop as a treat. I love the fact that I can still get the protein that is needed for my daily diet while having this dessert.

This is a pleasant surprise if you're craving a classic vanilla ice cream without the guilt. It is smooth, creamy, and rich in flavor, without the chalky protein product taste. I have tried a variety, different protein ice creams over the years, but none of them have hit the spot. This one is absolute delicious and using that coconut nectar it definitely changes the texture of the ice cream. The flavor was delicious and everyone in my household, loved it. I definitely will not be sharing next time.

Good but not filled to the top
Ok the ice cream is good, really good especially for the macros. Doesn’t have a weird protein taste or texture and I love that it’s made with simple ingredients. My only issue is the pint came 75% filled. If I’m paying $7 for a pint I want it filled to the top. Protein Pints fills theirs to the very top so I don’t see why Swoop can’t. Other than that very impressed.

ok yall i consider myself to be very strict when it comes to ice cream.. n i fully didn’t expect this to be any good especially on its own. but folk…. we gotta conduct a research study on the make of this product because there’s fr no protein taste or artificial nasty aftertaste. really blew my mind. texture isn’t serving like soft serve/custard vibes but very much like the big tubs of ice cream you get. feeling real passionate about this but it really changed my life you guys… also less than 400 cals for the entire pint & 30gs of protein… yea you win. go ahead n make this purchase.. n get me on their pr list

Delicious!
Such a wonderful and indulgent treat! This is the kind of food that makes me feel relieved. I don’t have to fight myself or override my body to have dessert. This tastes like real ice cream. Creamy, rich, satisfying, not fake, not “trying too hard.” There’s no weird protein aftertaste, no icy sadness, no sense of compromise. I eat it and my nervous system actually relaxes. It hits the pleasure center and the nourishment center at the same time, which is rare. It feels kind, not punishing. Swoop is a dessert that is genuinely delicious, grounding, and easy to say yes to. Go get it!

OMG! This is sooo Good!
OMG! I could not stop eating this. So creamy, so smooth and ended up eating the whole pint! At least I got my protein! And I actually felt good afterwards - plus no weird sweetner after taste. Thank you for using coconut nectar.

I bought the mint Swoop and my boyfriend picked out this one. Normally I'm not a Vanilla fan, but this was extra good - like a real vanilla, rich, creamy - wish it came in a larger size. I do like the packaging too.
